Introduction: Award winning Passivhus from Four Seven Ltd. Contemporary new build dwelling this project required high end technology and expert knowledge on revolutionary techniques in energy efficient climate control solutions.
Remit: We undertook the full design, supply and install of this first of its kind in Ireland, heating systems which consisted of an indoor ASHP. The ASHP and MVHR and hot water cylinder backed up with an air conditioning unit all automatically controlled to ensure a high efficiency space heating hot water and ventilation systems.
Contemporary in its energy performance as well as its appearance, the insulation of this house is extraordinary. With its mechanical ventilation system recovering heat from air extracted from all the rooms, it is extremely efficient and provides a healthy and comfortable living environment.
As the installer of this first of a kind system it has allowed us to share our knowledge and advice with other people within the industry.
